Sector5 SectorFive Technologies Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility, Oelwein Iowa

This facility’s favorable location and size enable us to effectively meet customer needs within the five sectors we serve. Our plant has 108,655 sq. ft. of manufacturing space with 16’ ceilings, 44,750 sq. ft. with 28’ ceilings and 7,757 sq. ft. of offices. The high bay space is currently served by two overhead cranes (one 10 ton and one 5 ton capacity).

Fabricating Components at our Facility

To the extent permitted by projects, SectorFive fabricates system components at our facility and transports them to your site for installation.

     • Fabricating system components at our facility instead of yours reduces disruption and space requirements in your plant  

Technology Showcase: Waterjet Machining
The SectorFive OMAX Waterjet cuts complex flat parts out of various materials including metal, plastic, glass, stone, ceramics and composites directly from CAD files.

      • Does not create heat-affected zones or mechanical stresses
     • Leaves behind a satin-smooth edge, reducing secondary operations
