Genencor, a biotechnology company owned by the Danish firm Danisco, was preparing for an expansion in production capacity at its Cedar Rapids, Iowa production facility in 2005. The company needed five large enzyme tanks fabricated and installed quickly.

Genencor called on Dale Feauto's team to fabricate and install five water-jacketed enzyme tanks measuring 86 feet tall by 13 feet 6 inches in diameter. Installation included integration of all supporting stainless steel piping, pumps and interfaces to automated controls.
